- Express shipping: 5–8 days

Complimentary express delivery across all five countries.

**Tracking**

Fully insured and tracked. Your concierge sends you the tracking reference and follows the delivery with you.

**Duties and taxes — nothing to pay on arrival**

Every device ships **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)**. All customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us before your device leaves. The price you see is the price you pay. You will never be asked for a payment by the courier.
