TERMS OF SERVICE

By using maisoniara.com or placing an order you agree to these terms.
**2. Who we are**
maisoniara.com is operated by Vulture Project LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States, trading as Maison ĪARA. Registered address: 1209 Mountain Road, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. Contact: contact@maisoniara.com.
**3. Eligibility**
You must be at least 18 years old to order.
**4. Where we sell**
We sell and deliver to Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. We do not accept orders from other territories.
**5. Made to order**
Each device is calibrated and sealed to order. Product images are representative; minor variation in finish may occur. We may limit quantities and refuse any order.
**6. Price and payment**
Prices are shown in QAR and are **all-inclusive**. Payment is processed by Whop at the time of order. Your device is shipped **DDP — Delivered Duty Paid**: all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid by us. You will never be asked for anything on delivery.
**7. Delivery**
Prepared in 3–5 days, then shipped express and insured, delivered within 14 days of order. Risk passes to you on delivery.
**8. Intended use and safety**
The ĪARA 1064 Spectrum is a **beauty device for cosmetic use on the face**. It is **not a medical device** and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Follow the instructions supplied with your device. Do not use it if you are pregnant, have a photosensitive condition, take medication causing photosensitivity, have epilepsy, or have an active skin infection or open wound on the treatment area. If you are unsure whether it suits you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use.
Results vary between individuals. No specific outcome is promised.
**9. Guarantee**
2-Year Maison ĪARA Guarantee against manufacturing defects, in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

**11. Liability**
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
**12. Intellectual property**
All text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Vulture Project LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
**13. Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
**14. The ĪARA 1064 Spectrum is certified Class 1 under IEC 60825-1 and Exempt Group under IEC 62471, and complies with CE Low Voltage, EMC and RoHS directives.
